Omar is a Civil Engineer by trade with about 10 years of experience working as a project manager for a General Contractor in the Metropolitan Area. He has worked in the engineering and construction industry for over a decade. 

Omar graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Civil engineering exposed Omar to design and construction working for reputable engineering firms. As a field engineer, Omar has worked as a flood specialist to update flood elevations after Super Storm Sandy including a lot of surveying. Omar also worked as a Site Civil Design Engineer. Omar absorbed as much as he could with design and decided to continue his career in the field. His years of contracting experience has opened the gates to the home inspection field.  

He has always dreamed of starting his own business while keeping his experience and passion at heart. As the market continues to grow and expand, Omar decided to follow his passion for real estate. He decided to further expose himself in real estate and start BASE Home Inspections!
